If the man had threatened to stuff people in a barrel and throw the barrel in a pond then all of a sudden a body comes up in a barrel floating in a pond and he was the last person to see them, what more evidence do you need?

The problem I see is that none of these claims came up during the initial investigation. If someone killed your daughter and had previously threatened to kill you and put you in a barrel don't you think you would mention that to the police? Seems pretty convenient to remember now that the guy is on trial....

My brother knows he did it but is too scared to get involved. this guy is nuts and will kill for no reason. Rainey raped her and killed her.
