AR Mom Pleads Not Guilty in Drowning

oh please, this woman is so guilty they need to raise the charges agaunst her to at least negligant homicide

ITA! with you Justone! I suspect though, they have charged her with what they know they can prove without a confession! Amber seems to be the selfish type, so there will be no confession! But, there WILL come a day when the seeds she has sown will be reaped, I pray it's as slow and painful as the boys drowning was....

No doubt about guilt when you look at the toxicology results and the known timeline (substantiated facts) of events
she replied to a text message from the BF at 3:01 am
she called her ex-husband at 3:13 am and left an angry voicemail..
In 17 minutes time, she wrecks and tries to save all the kids , and runs for help a mile away?
The cops were called around 3:30 am

I believe the alcohol,drugs and rain gave her the opportunity to rid herself of responsibilty, her children!
God, how I hope they were asleep!!

What was she doing with three little kids at a party, where she was using drugs and alcohol? A case of neglect, and manslaughter. Then to drive on top of that...come on now...

i live in the same town, those poor lil boys i could only imagine what they went through. I know some ppl who know this woman and they said that she does do pot and she does drink a lot. She had these boys out at 3 am! I was also told that she had all 3 boys on her and the oldest said he could swim so she just let him go( thats just what i was told) but what i know is this- IF IT WERE MY KIDS(and i have 3, 2 boys and a girl) I WOULD HAVE DIED TRYING TO SAVE MY KIDS AND I WOULDV RATHER DIED MYSELF THAN TO LIVE W OUT THEM SO I WOULDV STAYED OUT THERE TILL I DROWNED IF I COULDNT FIND THEM!! i was also told that she said she has never been down that road b4 but a friend of mine says she knows for a fact she has bc she was down there w her. i was also reading and saw that she supposedly fell asleep too hmmmm i dont know. I do feel bad bc she is a mother who lost all of her kids ina horrible way but unfortunatly i do think she is guilty of being a bad mother in the fact of drinking and partying and driving w the boys that late at night!!! its so sad.

ohh and to make some things clear, the boys were not asleep they were aware of what was going on unfortunately and i could just imagine how scared they were!

Well I'm not sure who you got your info from but the father has a tape that helped in her conviction where she called him and left a voice mail stating "Well I thought you could talk me home but since your busy being a deadbeat dad then F You" and a few more choice words, but as I listened to that tape he said to me what do you hear in the background & I said nothing & he(James-the father) said exactually if my boys were awake you would hear them, my boys were never quite he said! So the dad stated that he think they woke up under water & the oldest boys got his little brother out of his seat belt & before they made it to the top they drowned the 2 oldest boys were found beside car on the bottom almost ontop of one another! I don't think she even attempted to save those boys, she saved herself!

I can only hope and pray that the good lord kept them from suffering at the hands of their mother. I cry everytime I hear about some mother not taking care of her children and just really feel hurt when i hear of something this tragic. I can't have children and pray everyday that the lord makes it possible for me to be a mother to a child. I cannot fathom how a mother can do anything remotely like this, but i can only go on past experience with my mom. My prayers go out to the family of those children.

oh, it gets better, walking around work, laughing. Talking about what her and her new girlfriend are doing togther this weekend. I suspect court time is soon. She went out and got herself a plain jane soccer mom haircut. Please! like she is fooling anyone!!

So I live right down the road from her and I know the lake where the poor little babies lost their lives. How and why would you drive down that road in the first part? It's dark and a curvy road. This lake is vast and very noticeable. On the other hand though there is a sharp curve at the end of the road where it took place. The road goes straight into the water without warning or if your familiar with the area you would take the sharp turn into the parking area. I believe that use to be a boat ramp. There should have been a concrete protector there. After the incident there was one put up. AFTER the incident. Should have been placed earlier. Yet, this should have never occurred. I am 21 years old and have 3 young kids. Actually one is only 1 1/2 months old. I will not drink nor smoke before driving, in fact, not at all. Being sensible is a responsibility to our children. She should be charged with something but not just a little slap on the wrist. Because of her ignorance to the possibilities her children will never breathe a breath of air again. Nor be able to tell their mommy how much they love her and trust her.
