I have had to visit the jail as a vendor who provide services, and would have to say that the chance of this happening is zero.

If she would have said she was raped by the entire staff on duty that night, I would give it a little more credence, as the only way this happened is if the entire staff that night was somehow willing to look the other way.

Just another frivolous lawsuit. Why even entertain this nonsense? Lockup the 2 lawyers for wasting taxpayer resources and put down the savage!

Unfortunatly I spent some time at the suffolk jail years ago when I was young.....let me tell you suffolk co's are ruthless, cruel people..... they beat and abuse prisoners....even when people are there for stupid harmless crimes ........

Sounds like the classic case of "he said, she said". It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the correction officer charged is the father based on a DNA test. That said, it wouldn't surprise me further that the correction officer in question will say it was "consentual"...

Another abuse of the Power of a Badge... There is nothing wrong with wearing a badge, but the serious crimes are mounting and we don't know about the petty violations which are obviously out there but legal in the face of authority... Public oversight groups is what is needed to balance the tilt in power... There is a need to take away that Im Untouchable Attitude...

The victim, being referred to as "Lemme 'splain about that" to protect her identity, suffers from bipolar disorder, is a criminal, lives in Mastic (hey, that should tell it all) and changes her story.

The sheriff said they could find no supporting evidence, but they are taking it seriously and continuing to investigate.

Mastic is a small seaside community which appears as East Creedmore on some maps.

You sound like one of those people who's 15y/o kid gets spraypainting graffiti at the neighborhood school and then has the nerve to say to the arresting officer; "my son/daughter would never..." PLEEASE, know your role and respect authority, If thats too hard for you to do, then do us all a favor and shut your trap!
