Yes -
Its been my experience in Morgantown that a lot of people there believe they are above the law. I believe thats why they did this (Bresch) so openly.

Governor Joe Manchin is abouve the law why people vote for him I can not understand.Well bend over people just think what he can do in four more years.

You can only get away with just so much before the pepole say enough is enough. We are the joke to the nation. Yet Joe Manchin runs the whole state and every thing in it.This means WVU the Board of Governor of WVU Manchin hand picked along with WVU President Mike Garrison against the judgement of the Senate.Since Joe has servere control over WVU he can have a degree issue to anyone before his misdeeds showed up.It took an out of State Neewspapper Pittsburg Post and other investegated Out of Joe Manchin control. All invoived should resign and Joe Manchin charged guitly on conspiracacy.

WV ETHICS COMMISSION SET TO APPOINT ATTORNEY STEPHEN G JORY TO START INQUIRY INTO WVU DEGREE SCANDAL.DR CYRIL LOGAN WAS QUESTIONED LAST WEEK.
