I saw this on PE.com :

Moreno Valley is losing the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Deputy City Manager (already "retired") and the moronic Finance Director all before the end of the year.

Of course - the Council didn't get rid of any of these people BEFORE they were able to "retire" with two extra service years or move on to a new city.

The new Interim City Manager already sent out "the email", meaning don't have a good Christmas since the budget is going to be cut along with "programs". Programs? Donta' ya mean people are going to get laid off AGAIN?

Then the City Manager announces that even though the Community Development Director is "retiring", he will be coming back until a replacement is found - we don't need a replacement! SAVE THE MONEY!!! Again the City of Moreno Valley can't figure out the basic steps!

Also - the Interim City Manager been spotted having lunch with the old Deputy City Manager. Is MORE MONEY going to be wasted by bringing him back, even as "interim"?????????
