What about the Auto Mall electronic billboard the city paid for? Is there a FEE every time you read their add?

"Moreno Valley's popular Fourth of July festivities, canceled last year because of depleted city coffers, will return, but with nominal entry fees".

Moreno Valley this year spent $800,000 in redevelopment funds on a new sign for an auto mall, while laying off 41 employees and eliminating a fire engine to close a budget deficit... eliminated the July 4th activities too!
