Taco Bell sucks in Morehead

I agree, everytime I went there they messed up my order, were rude, did something gross, or rushed me on my order so they could go outside and smoke.

I simply don't eat there anymore.

The gross thing I mentioned above was the cashier/shift manager screwed up my order and after taking money from another customer went back to re-fix my messed up order. She did so without washing her hands after handling the money and, used those same hands to make my food.
Of course I didn't eat the food - I simply dumped it on the floor and left.

I have to agree with you on the disgusting matter, generally the place is nasty, the tables are always dirty and the parking lot is trashed.

They never have Baja Blast, ever.

yes they do need to clean the place up and the workers need to have a better attitude toward their customers and they always messed my orders up everytime we went in there.

Okay, for one. My mother is the MANAGER. She works very hard every single day, and I guarantee you, that whenever the shift manager didn't wash her hands, my mother wasn't working. She washes her hands after basically EVERYTHING she touches. She now has new employees, that work very hard. The tables are ALWAYS clean. And they are never rude. If they were, it's probably because people come in and complain about the food, so that they can get it free. I've been in there with my mother several times, and they get VERY busy, so that's probably why the rush. If there was a new employee just learning, they may have accidentally put your order in wrong, there's no need to start up this big thing about Taco Bell, just so you can get people can get on here and start running there mouths. I also find it hard to believe that they mess up your order EVERYTIME you go in there. If you have something to discuss about these matters, speak to my mother. She would be more than happy to assist you. Anyways, you people are completely wrong thinking Taco Bell needs new management, before my mom got there, it was a million times worse. Like I said, they ALL work way to hard for you people to sit and talk about their job, atleast they have one, and aren't sitting on topix with nothing else better to do with there time. Thank you. :)

Who are you kidding? That place is a total shit hole. It isnt just our opinions, its a view that is shared by the community. It is poorly run, and yes, everytime I go there they completely F my order up. That place sucks.

If you order a taco, you get a taco. If you order two tacos, you get two tacos that are half full. If you order a larger number, they get smaller and smaller. I have gotten some with no filling at all. When I pointed it out, they actually said that is what they are SUPPOSED to do! Maybe at this TB, but nowhere else have I had this problem. We had four people in the car, so I asked her, who was supposedd to get the empties? She grudgingly took them back and made the cook fill them. As far as I am concerned, it is fraud, and I don't even use the drive-thru any more. If they want to make them one at a time and waste bags, fine. I generally avoid TB because of this and the food fight atmosphere.

I've ate there a couple of times it was okay. Come on guys its Taco Bell what do you expect? The not washing hands thing though is really gross I wouldn't have eaten the food either.

Well, thank you for sharing your opinion. If you don't like the service, then don't eat there. They get VERY busy, every single day. So they must be doing something right. They WASH THEIR HANDS CONSTANTLY. So don't try and say they don't. It isn't poorly ran, my mother does an EXCELLENT job, they always pass the inspections, and all that. It's much better than what it was before she got there. And considering the cost of the food they give you is SO expensive, they can't fill your damn taco to the top. Trust me, I've seen her make the truck orders, it's outrageously expensive, they can't satisfy everyone of you. Like I said, if you don't like the service, then simply DON'T EAT THERE!

Personally I don't eat there anymore and I think they're losing more customers everyday. Shitty serivce and crappy food will do that.

the one on msu campus is always clean and do have sink in their area where you can watch them wash their hands and the staff is very nice

I've eaten several times at Taco Bell, and I never have had a bad experience. Ok, one time I had to wait a little longer because they had ran out of something and they informed me of that, but that was ok, it was my choice to wait for it, which the wait wasnt that long. I agree with to the person that I'm replying to here, people are ticked off and want something for free. I too, work in a restarurant and I see it everyday. Always have someone that comes in to order, and they-THE CUSTOMER-orders the wrong food, then they call back to tell us that we've messed up their order. I've been doing this for years, I can tell you exactly when someone is lying about their food! I've seen and heard every sorry excuse there is to try to get food for free, but I rarely ever give in. I'm sorry, but when I haver personally checked each order myself, confirmed the order with the customer when they pick it up, THEN THEY CALL BACK AND COMPLAIN-no, I'm not giving them anything. A LOT OF PEOPLE IN MOREHEAD ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO SCAM THE RESTARURANTS. Restarurant work is no easy job, I dont care who think otherwise-its hard work. Lets put their butts on the other side of the counter and see how they like it. And for the record-I could care less who I piss off on here.

I used to love this restaurant. It was my absolute favorite place to eat...Almost everyday for lunch I had the same thing, 2 Spicy Chicken Burritos, one Taco and a Pepsi. made me very happy. and then one day I went through the drive through at night around 10 and I sat there for almost 5 minutes and no one said anything to me. I could see into the store and there was no one at the counter, they weren't waiting on anyone at the window...the workers were just standing there talking. So I pulled around and still they just stood there talking...so I honked. the guy opened the window and said "what do you want?" like I was inconviencing him. It was ridiculous. I told him that I had waited and he was like yeah it's broken, you should have come inside. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IT WAS BROKEN?!?!? so I didn't order.

I wasn't going to go back but I wanted to give them another chance, so I went back ordered my regular meal and they didn't give me my taco...so I drove around went inside and asked very politely if they could give me the taco I paid for. The MANAGER came over, didn't even look at my ticket and said, I made that order, it was right, so I'm not going to give you another taco because you're probably lying about it. SHE CALLED ME A LIAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE STORE. That made me very upset. I almost cried because I have never had anyone be that rude to me in my life (I'm 23). I left my bag on the counter and left.

I will never go there again.

I have witnessed this behavior myself. You have nothing to be ashamed of, everyone that goes there knows that it is true, the place is dirty and the employees are rude. A few of them are nice, but it does not excuse the others. The next time the person at the window pokes a filthy, nasty belly out the window at me, I'm going to snap a picture. The last time I went, the cashier took my five, gave me my food, the silver, and five ones back. How did she react when I tried to tell her? She was rude!
