He don't even try to hide the fact that he don't reside in the district he represents, And , my friend is the law! Monserrate fears going to prison for his violent assualt on his girlfriend. It ius just so obvious he is playing both bends against the middle to cut a deal with the side thyat will make sure he gets a plea deal no jail time.

In a few short months, LI has been raked over the coals by the NYC majority, with the assistance of LI senators Brian Foley and Craig Johnson. From the MTA mobility tax, to a shortchanging of the school aid increase to the elimination of the STAR rebate program, Democrats have declared war on LI taxpayers.
