Read the story. The picture she sent was of the minister in said apparel.
And the newspaper reporting that, while it may have seemed like a juicy detail, basically makes them complicit in the blackmail. Doesn't it? When this woman threatened him, that's exactly the consequence she spelled out if he didn't pay up. Could the story not have simply referred to photographs? Why the prurient detail?
