You might want to mention in the article exactly how Teague voted would you not?

If you follow politics you know that Teague is top on the list of at risk seats. So the Pelosi ran Democrats give Harry a pass on the NC vote since they did not need him. They are calling his shots once again.

I think the body of the article makes it apparent he didn't vote for it. He said he wanted to vote for health care reform but the bill fell short. I agee with you though on the real reason.

While you may think it is "apparent" not everyone works on the hill. Pelosi gave him a hall pass.
