All I hope is if she can cope.It will be interesting to see what set of rules these boys get from old school philosophy,in this promiscuious world.

What is the life span for a woman now? Will she ever see them grow up. Men live shorter lives than women and this is not good for children. This seems like a self-serving ego trip. We can do it and to hell with the consequences to the children.

I agree there is unfairness to the children.Seen more negitive posts on this.I remember my moms dad died when she was 12.Parents die soon after having children aka god parents.I heard she went to a foreign country to get impregnated. Then that is an ego trip. She went out of her way to be.However,in this mixed up world, there are worse parents to be born to,worse situations. The children are here,so I wish them well.

Pathetic!! These kids will be orphans in perhaps a few years. God forbid the woman comes down with something. Who knows?...NJ is the breast cancer capital of the world. There are a host of other things that she could be stricken with. And then the children will have no mother; the father looked in his 60's as well. This was purely a selfish, self-serving, egotistical act.

It is so hard to adopt a child. There is much talk about how we ought to look to the children that need homes but it is very difficult to do. The states almost make it impossible and thc children are often so emotionally damaged. It would take more than a saint to raise them. This is a good way for people to have children that otherwise would not be able to. Freida is educated and has the bank account. I wish her well

I used to like it, but the ex kept pushing me away and yelling at me in front of the customers at the mall. It was humiliating.

Why do I have the rather disturbing mental image of rows of cuboid carboard boxes lined up on a shelf in a dank faintly Bengay fragranced closet being gradually illuminated by a slowly opening door to reveal "Huggies" and "Depends"....

However, their could be ad money in it...

I just came across this story. First the comments that where made towards this 60 year old woman, where rude, hurtful, and truly uncalled for! This is a pure blessing from GOD! I am 45 year old woman-- yearning for a child of my own! I own my home, have a great job, educated etc. However, what I don't have is a HUSBAND. I refuse to be a single parent (AGAIN). Does this make me 2 old to still want a child? Maybe this woman has family members, friends and her other children who have agreed to assist her with these babies. You all are discriminating against older people. Hell I would guess that her health is probably better than all of you who made rude comments. God allowed this for a reason. If she did not want these babies, she could have aborted them. Additionally, its not as easy to adopt as one may think! I know, I am an SINGLE Parent of a 19 year old. I love my child dearly, but its not the same as having the feeling of growing your own child within. Gosh, you all have really touched a nerve with-in me. I am going to continue to pray for this lady as well as myself. Counting out our seniors is a real sin. They led the way for us, and we well be seniors before we know it.

Hey, I'm a mid fifties single male parent of a six year old girl, I have custody. People say, "Is this your granddaughter?" or joke about it with me all the time. If you don't have a sense of humor, you can go insane. My ex tried for 23 years to have kids, drove two exes nuts and nearly bankrupt with procedures. The docs said, forget it, adopt, you are not going to conceive and carry. At 43, we met, she was pregnant 3 mos later. Don't give up, miracles happen. Now if only she'd appreciated it...

I know exactly what you mean, he cost me one fiance ! He was only 10 years older and not looking old at all, but a lot of places we went they thought I was his daughter... After a year, I think he felt it...anyway it was 1992,I'm almost 50, not more hope for me, trust me, I know it's over...
But it's ok, because I still can give my love to every other kids who need it and , believe me, I do !! Kids love me and I love them and I find a way to kill my "missing baby" spot, as soon as I realized that there are plenty of kid who need love.
