Careful UB neighbors. UB is on the eminent domain bandwagon and would love to steal away your properties (for you own good of course) in order to expand. It's on their Master Plan. Remember, rich bureaucrats that don't even live in Baltimore City know what's best for you.

The clueless professors there can make taking your homes and businesses into a class project and everything. So fun.

I have searched and searched, Margie, and I cannot find any evidence that the city or state are planning on condemning a single residential property anywhere, for the benefit of the University of Baltimore. Can you point me to something that says otherwise?

I still can't believe a 190,000 sq. ft. building will cost $107M that's $570 per square foot. This thing better be guilded. Hopefully at least a little nicer than the Convetion Center hotel, corragated aluminum? Let me guess Doracon is set to be the sub-contractor.

No condemnation, UB owns alot of land in this area.

Just what we need--more lawyers, politicians, and judges for the Free State! Hopefully UB is not as left-wing as UMd Law School.
