William D Johnston

I am looking for the whereabouts of William D Johnston.
He uses the business name of "Food for Thought Concessions."
His last address listed was in Culver at: 404 W Cass and then 11610 E 900 S. The phone number is gave me is out of service.
I spoke with his relatives and they said they have no way of getting ahold of him.
Be warned: Do not do business with this man.
Any info is appreciated.

He was arrested couple weeks ago, on fraud charges. been doing this in many states. Is now in Michigan custody.. Contact Michigan state police Niles Michigan branch if needed.

I have some updated info. Don't think it will help much because no one in law enforcement wants to take the time to work together to catch this crook. But he was sentenced on 8/24/09 in Berrien County Michigan to probation until 2011. They released him to St Joseph County Indiana because of warrants there. He pled guilty in St Joe to 2 counts of misdemeanor check deception and was sentenced to 180 days probation, 25 hrs community service, & ordered to pay fines and restitution, none of which he has done as of 9/14/09. He also now has an active warrant in Kosciusko County but because the crime took place before the sentencings it is NOT a violation of probation according to the Berrien County probation officer!! Hey, Thanks for the info.
I gave all the previous info to the county attorney, sheriff's dept. & the judge. I will call and give them an update tomorrow and see where they are.

I heard there is a warrant out for his arrest in Johnson County, Indiana for passing bad checks again.
