The California State government needs that money to help support the millions of illegals and their anchor babies that leech off the State and county welfare agencies and social services programs.
Why is Dennis Donohue complaining? Or any other Mayor in Monterey County? They are the ones who have created a sanctuary county for illegals. The illegals have to get their welfare money somehow. Gov. Brown has to find ways to cover their costs so as to repay the latinos for their votes and also to repay the unions for their votes that put him in power.
Hey, that's just the progressive socialist way of governing. Take money from the taxslaves, claim it as yours, then redistrbute to those who voted for you. That's just California politics.
The CA. Supreme Court is filled with far left progressive socialist liberals. Gee, I wonder who put them there?
