Keeping Mexicans honest

Salinas, CA

Synopsis: Hernandez left his three year old child at home alone while he took his girlfriend to work in marina at about 0445 in the morning. While Hernandez was away, the child walked unattended, three blocks to his grandmother’s house. The temperature was about 38 degrees at the time. Hernandez is also on felony probation.
