Hate crimes up 28 percent

The number of hate crimes in Los Angeles County jumped 28 percent in 2007, the highest total in the last five years, officials said Thursday.

The ones that really need to here the message about how gang violence is effecting theres or anyone elses own people are fast asleep during the day, dreaming about what devestation they can cause when they wake up at 6:00 pm.
