Are you the person who said a current trustee was allegedly intoxicated and allegedly involved in an auto accident? Talk about slaming your trustees. If there is anything I dis like is a person who does not know what he or she is talking about. First off, most politicians are crooks, even some of the current ones. I challenge you to visit the macomb county goverment site for the campagne donation sheets of the current 7. Since you think some of them are so great, you may want to check with the treasurer as far as his careless speed while driving. we'll see if that ticket disappears. check how many times hes been pulled over and let go for speeding with only warnings. Ask him at a meeting. Why suddenly are we seeking bids for a wrecker company in the township, doesn't the current one do a good job? The excuses the board gave was for the best price for the taxpayer. how is that? the board cannot tell the wrecker driver how much to charge a resident for towing, that is a private business. they can charge whatever they want! OOOOOOOOOOOO, did you find the campagne donation sheets yet, pretty ironic! That is why we are for the first time ever seeking a wrecker bid. And what is with all the rage in your posts.

Very curious as to this towing contract. I checked over the campaign donation sheets and didn't come across any tow companies.

Help me out and tell me more.

On another note.....Shelby Citizen is just a town crier. He holds no clout nor intelligible points of view. He is just a basher. A source of a problems rather than a solution.

Hmm, I haven't been to a Library in years, but... that would be an idea if I were insecure and full of myself.
The trouble is: I am arrogant and self righteous, I truly believe in most of what I write. I don't need to be popular or "liked".
I like when the facts point out my mistakes.
I laugh when someone attacks me personally because it shows such a lack of intellect on their part.
I point out things to allow you to think: "why actions were taken".
People are devious and manipulative especially people who crave or are in positions of power.
I have no power, I seek no power, I have nothing to gain. I have little to loose.
I own property, work and am raising a family in Shelby Township.

I'm very concerned. I was reading the blogs on another online publication and came across something about Shelby Citizen being a pedaphile.

Does anyone know this to be true? And if so what is the story behind it....

Well, I can assure you it is not true. I happen to know this for a fact. The blog you would have seen this on would be one dealing with the same issue mentioned here 7 months before the towing went up for bid. Even back then just after the election, people were in fear of loosing the contract and threatening me.

What you read was the definition of libel and defamation;

1. An untrue statement where the broadcast (writer) knows it’s not true.
2. Effects the reputation of another person.
3. Was made in an effort to hurt the reputation of a person.
4. Had the possibility of being believed by anyone in the general population.

If you can get someone to speak badly about you and meet three of four of the above test you can sue and make a quarter of a million dollars easily.

I could not believe anyone would believe the statement so I had no case, so I need to ask. Would reading a statement from the other blog make you think “is this possibly true?” Because you could really help me and my family out if you did.

But isn't it true if it slightly true your case would get thrown out the window. I'm no lawyer and I highly doubt you are but I'm certain I am correct.

Saying Fieger will take your case is not saying much....he takes everything including money. I tend to believe the Fieger comment in your last post was for dramatic reasons but it was funny.

And there are so many Shelby Citizens on the blogs how can you be so certain they are talking about you? The fact you are getting so upset about it makes me think it is possibly true. I mean numerous posts are from a Shelby Citizen but your the only one getting upset over being called a pedaphile. Just curious.

I really don't think you've been threaten. I've read the posts. Of course you are made fun of quite often but not threaten.

People, who know me, know the truth and I'm not looking for new friends. I’m a pretty shy, quiet guy personally.
Love me or hate me, many want to read what I write and comment back. I'm gaining followers daily and I appreciate your help with that. I'm glad I could move you enough to care and comment back, twice. I have my own column here and people follow me from article to article on the local papers just to try and razz me. I love playing the villain, I forget what I write or what’s written about me most of the time, I actually have to reread the article and older post just to remember, but so many people do care, even enough to just make stuff up out of thin air to say, it’s so empowering that it’s kind of a let down when people actually agree with what I say or won’t throw a fit. I have to admit sometimes I just say stuff to incite the most people. I actually got Lisa Manzella a local trustee here and her husband, Joe, to threaten me. How crazy is that?
