Real Life Stories from a Maine State Trooper: A long, sad night

The stories of a man from Hundorus who sexually assaulted me in May, 2005, and Raped a woman in June, 2006, only gets 60 days in jail with work release to his job at J&S in Milo with probation after because the prosecutor made a plea agreement with him and his attorney doesnt make the papers up there in that town.

It sickens me to know that this man doesn't get deported back to his own country when he was wanted in Miami, FL for not showing up for his deportation date and he still gets his green card because he married my sister.

It sickens me to know that they are planning on letting him out and be around children in Brownville, ME on Dec. 6th 2007 for good behavior....Of course he is good outside of his domain..

He is using his mothers name on his green card for his middle name....and he is not even using his real name but INS gives him his green card...If anyone would have read my sisters police statement they would have a clue.

He is in your jail there in Dover Fox-Croft only to be set free to rape or sexually assault another human being.

I feel sorry for the citizens of Brownville, Milo and anyone that goes into his domain when he sodomizes his own wife, and when she wont give it to him who is going to be the next one he will be after, HIS DAUGHTER, who is growing up fast now...WAKE UP PEOPLE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE FOR MY NIECE!!!!

We have a sexual predator on the loose on Dec. 6th, 2007 who will be living in Brownville near your families...

No one wants to listen to me and I kept my mouth shut and another woman was raped due to my silence..

I can not wait until my niece is the next victim...

Or someone else for that fact....

Well I guess they really dont care up there in Dover Fox-Croft Count Jail as they let out this man to go home for Thanksgiving...This was not a work day and by legal rights he should have been left in jail.
My sister would not give him sex and he got mad at her and would not speak to her at all....What is this JUSTICE SYSTEM coming too...
I am appaulled that the police people in charge of this jail can just keep breaking the rules of the judge and let this man out on a day that is not even a work day..
So much for us Victims right....SEX OFFENDERS....Like Mauricio Padilla has more rights than I as one of his victims and the other victim has.....Well of course hes good in jail....WAKE UP will you........And when do these correctional officers have any feelings for us victims.....NEVER???????
Like Dec 6th, 2007 doesnt come soon enough for us, Right?????
