Arrest of Mooresville officer may affect 20 to 30 drug cases

In his attempt at beating the court system, he tried to fudge the cases to get convictions!! He should have learned from IMPD...Leave the druggies alone!! They will get off anyway..

Tried to be the hero "I caught these guys" and now will be behind bars.......good, and throw away the key.
Fudge the cases? His opinion of fudging will change in the pokey! In 10 years he'll be in the gay pride parade wearing a tutu.

I doubt he will see any prison, unless they would have alleged theft of the drugs or shaking down the dealers.. He obviously lost his job trying to take these people off the street by NOT following the rules.

this man is a great cop, friend and mad of his word. He got sloppy in his work because he trusted the "snitch " that was buying the stuff. He should never and I mean never have to go through this. He was and is the best officer that Mooresville ver had hired and is a great man

what about the arrest this weekend on our chief of police? Anyone know about this one?

He is a man of his words. helped me out alot. I was so very deep inot drugs till he got me. I sis my time and now I worked for him unitl he did not do the police officer job anymore. He was a great guy and I was so wrong ...he saved my soul...

This goes to show you that even the cops can be the bad guys sometimes.

Whitley is a jackass. He arrested my son....after setting him up.....putting him in harms way....lying to him and telling him he would get off if he wore a wire..etc..etc...anything to make Whitley look good. He arrested my son in my house in front of me and said some really despicable things. The man needs to rot in jail. My son has a problem with drug addiction. He needs...and is getting help. He did not need to be treated the way Whitley and Judge Gray treated him. Yeah...Whitley goes to the same church the rest of the hippocrites in Mooresville go to. I hope he gets what he deserves.

Now how can you make a statement like this, when you dont know her son? I think I know her, and I think we had a conversation in my yard not to long ago. Her son was getting help.These arrest were from fake reports! So if you know so much tell us what should happen to a officer of the law who does set people up to make himself look good for the chief? I imagine he will never see a day in jail , just like the officers wife who wrote numerous fake prescrptons for herself. All she got was probation! Now a person who is just the average citizen, who isn't married to judges, lawyers or police officers would not get away with this type of crime. It tells you there is major curruption in our county.

You need to get help. Spend more time doing something else then making all these false comments on this web. Officers are great when you need them and jerks when you do not need them...I am sure if your son was saved by this officer from a car crash or robbery you would be grateful? but since your son was/is a drugie and got caught by the police you are upset....ever thought about looking in the mirror? or asking yourself if you failed to raise your son right? there must be a reason that you son wentto drugs instead of being a good young man...must run in the family

I have two sons here , and your saying they're on drugs? YOu say I use drugs?> You better correct yourself before I look into you futher. I know my two boys dont use drugs , and as far as myself I do not do any illegal drugs. So you watch your comments about my family.I thnik you may need to look into a mirror .
