Judge it!
I have picked up this station sometimes at night on 96.9FM in Monroe. They play a lot of rock and metal. Really good music and has no commercials.
They call themselves "free radio"
I guess they come on at 10pm. You all should try to listen to this! It is really neat.

Well I just googled that frequency for Monroe, NY and came back with WRRV, Hudson Valley's New Rock Alternative...was it them?
