hi, Aj and Justin were my friends and the story u wrote on your web site is not like anything i know! What i know is, well first off, the people who live around the area of the accident site on Dill Road heard sirens and seen lights. The driver of the car was going 10 mph over the speed limit and the police turned around, the officer that was going after them hit there bumper,ON A CORNER to make them stop! Well they did, they went airborn into the trees, the car was flipping and the back end of the car hit the tress first, Justin was killed instanly, they called medflight for Aj but they didnt make it in time, and i don't know anything about jordan. But it was the Green County polices fault that they were killed, if they would have just got the licence plate number they would still be alive. Its all there falult, Me and all my friends will always know how and why they died that day...becasue Sheriff Randy Roderick killed them!P.S...THIS IS MY OPINION AND THINGS I KNOW!!!!

Hey, Justin was my ex.. and aj was a really good friend of mine.. and what Kaitlyn wrote.. is exactly what i heard from the closest friends of aj and justin!! I can't believe that the cop wouldn't just take the licences plates.. i mean we lost 3 loved ones!! its really hard!! And yeah, this didn't just happen once.. it happend twice!! so if the cop did it before hes willing to do it again! That deputy who killed my close friends need to either go back to school or quit.. he had no right to do what he did! he is suppose to protect all of teens, not kill us (3 at a time!!) having 3 friends die.. took 3/4 of me away from my fun life. and bringing me down into the dump. I cant concentrate at school.. because im soo worried about what if it were the cops fault (which i no it was) or if they did just go off the road!! AND PLUS-- they should of stuck with the job they were called to (finding the kid on foot who was intoxicated).. not going after aj, justin and jordan!! IT WAS ONLY 10mph .. im sure they would of slowed down sooner or later!! i cant believe the green county cops would do this to all of us.. they were around that area too!! give them a break!! i love aj and justin with all my heart.. n u ruined that!!~*~SAMANTHA~*~

Why stop at blaming Roderick - blame Doyle - heck, blame Bush. What morons. If they had gotten the license plate number then later they would have said - it wasn't me driving and you would have backed them up. What if these guys were drunk and ending up killing a family - then you would have complained that the police should have stopped them.

The real blame is on the driver for not pulling over - grow up and place responsibility where is belongs.

First of all I am sad that you lost people you care for, I have lost many, I feel for you. Second realize that if your friends weren't doing anything wrong in the first place none of this would have had to happen at all. Third stay in school you need to learn to spell.

I have a young son that will soon be driving and this hit close to home.

I do not know the boys at all but I am in favor of the police. The had done their job. Yes it ended badly.

I am very sorry for your loss.
But how would you feel if your friends was driving and hit a family and killed them then went to prison for life because of speeding.

Had they been driving with in the speed limit (10 mph over the limit is speeding~sorry) they would not have attracted the police officers notice.

Were they wearing their seat belts? I am a firm believer in seat belts saving lives.

Had they stopped the police officer would have issued a ticket or maybe a warning they should have taken their punishment.

You need to grow up.

I was young and foolish once too and when you get a group of kids in a car you get STUPID! Stupidity kills PERIOD.

I am sorry for your loss feel free to blame anybody you want that is your right.

But they took their chances when they got into the car and not respecting the laws.

Bare in mind your friends were breaking the law. Always someone else's fault right. How about those young men hadn't been breaking the law in the first place. With your attitude you can sort of break the law and it's ok? He ONLY stoled $10, he ONLY sort of raped the girl, you get the picture. "A mom" is right on the money. Had this gone the other way and these boys killed a family then what. We will never know what those boys might have gone on to do that night becasue a police office put his life on the line to enforce the LAW. You kids have the luxuray today of thinking like kids, but someday you will Grow Up and have kids of your own and you will be talking a different story. This is from a dad whose little girl was killed by a car full of boys driving ONLY 10 miles over the speed limit.
you should be ashamed

i can't believe I am reading the comments that I have. If these were truly your friends, then let them rest in peace. They had an accident and died. Did they have seatbelts on? Were they under the influence? Why were they speeding and trying to elude the officer? These are things that you haven't commented on. You also need to be VERY CAREFUL about what you say and how you say it about people on here, especially the comments about the deputy and the Sheriff of Green County. You don't know who is reading this and you can be held liable for Liable and Slander.

ok. wow. after reading all the comments. think about if it was ur friend, husband, son..etc. I stand for what i say. the car crash was so bad that even wearing seatbelts, they would have died. And besides its a proven fact that more people die wearing seatbelts by being trapped, then they do when they do wear seatbelts. The cop didnt even have his lights on.. so y the hell would you pull over? obviously it was dark outside.. someone riding close behind them i would have been a little spooked myself. NOBODY WAS THERE TO WITNESS IT. NO!! they werent under the influence, and the cop was exactly after them... they had gotten a call about someone being in the middle of the road stumbling, and yelling and raising noise.. thats the reason they were out there in the first place. EVERYONE ISNT FUCKING PERFECT!!! ok. im not blaming nobody, but at the time.. look at how katie and sam felt.. they lost 3 loved ones, i'd be outrageous too.. id say things i wouldnt mean too. But critisizing them, and doing what you guys all did.......... is ridiculous. look at when they wrote it... look at how they felt, u werent in there shoes. Anything could have been different. one fuck up and look what happened. it hurts alot. I will admit.. now.. that i was the one who wrote the message after kaitlyn.. but i was hurt and upset at the time... i would blame anyone for it... and for the dad whose little girl was killed.. im truly sorry. and to this day right now i have lost over 6 friends in a car accident. But today.. i have a friend in acoma in the hospital because he made a stupid choice of drinking and driving. bad decision. He may not have his memory, he has to have brain surgery and heart surgery, and the scary part is,,, is that he might not make it. it hurts, but years have pasted and i realized that u cant blame anyone for what happend to aj and justin and jordan... theres nothing to do about it now. It hurts to lose someone. trust me. AND HONESTLY I THINK THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE LAW TO BE 18 IN ORDER TO DRIVE.. THERE ARE TOO MANY KIDS AND TEENAGERS GETTING KILLED IN CAR ACCIDNETS. NOBODY NEEDS IT.. AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LOST LOVED ONES.. IM SORRY.. THANK YOU!

Hey i just wanted to say that i heard the same story. I Didnt know justin or aj. But i did know jordan he was my cousin . That day when i found out him and two of his toher friends died, All i thought was "dang" he was an amazing cousin and just an over all amamzing Kid. I went to his funeral and i saw his girlfriend crying, i wanted to say something to her but it was just too hard. he must of been a great boyfriend too, i know he would never do anything to hurt anyone and if he did he would always feel bad and say sorry. i personal never really got to hang out with him or anything but from stories and things like that i knew he was a good kid.

I really agree with this person teenagers think they know everything about life and in life they have to live and learn and this is a issue to were it seem's like they thought it was fun to out run a police officer do not blame the police blame your friends for being in the wrong I have young daughter's as well and I tell them you cannot disobey your law inforcement I come from a long line of law officer's in my family and I agree you need to watch what you say and let your friend's rest at peace and stop and learn from their mistake's!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly the kids shouldnt of been speeding and for it to of been only 10 mph i dont understand why the officer took such of an excess precaution. yeah they didnt stop... why didnt the cop just keep following them thats what they do in cop shows?... for the cop to of properly bumped the bumper to cause the car to stop the car wouldnt of flipped but concidering the car flipped and went air born i would have to say the cop had hit the bumper a little to hard and not in the right spot.... instead of blamming everyone learn from it.... if you hear sirens and see light just pull over and for cops maybe yawl should come up with a new method of stopping cars... and lastley speaking on behalf of the ones who have lost i personally have lost many friends due to car crashes well anyways for the people who said stop being childish i just wanted to say FUCK YOU you didnt loose a friend and until you do realize that you should show a little more compassion concidering 3 people died and how immature of you to type childish you dumb cold hearted bastard take that for being childish and guys honestly learn ive lost to many friends not to of learned and dont be next

Daily Horoscope for December 18

Cancer

You'll be happiest when you're with people who make you feel loved and cherished. You'll bend over backwards to keep them sweet, and will concede arguments and disputes for the sake of peace. Try not to make it peace at any price because that could be setting up problems with people who will then try to take advantage of your good nature. Co-operation is one thing, being a doormat is quite different.
