One year after: Monroe's prison reinvents itself in the wake of officer's murder

In that time, many changes have been made to improve safety. "They forgot to stamp her hand," said Monroe Correctional Complex Superintendent Scott Frakes to the officer who's checking him and a visitor into the section of the prison called WSRU.
