Obviously the people speaking had no clue. The biggest threat had Norway dam failed was the surge of water into Lake Freeman and the resulting pressure on Oakdale dam. Portions of Monticello would have been threatened, but the main effect would have been the sudden submergence of a number of homes on the lower lake.

This story was pretty dam interesting. It would be cheaper to fix the dam dams prior to the dam dams breaking than to pay for the dam houses after the dam dams break flooding the dam houses. One solution would be to develop a dam army of dam beavers to build their own dam massive dams. DAM!
