One of two things need to happen. Either Tri-Community's board decides to place a whole new management team in there and get things turned around or they just merge with another service. There still are alot of good people that work there. Unfortunately the entire management needs to go in order for them to stay afloat.

This service needs to clean house or shut down!

The big problem is the board of directors keep there eyes closed.I think they are aware of past&present problems at that service but why they do nothing is a mystery!

There are some fine people that work for TCA but there is much change needed to make me change my mind about this service.

I guess somethings will never change!

For years the top brass at TCA has brought that place down. Now they can't even fill their schedule because management hasn't a clue. Alot of good people have be let go over the years, but one piece of management still remains and the ship continues to sink. Hmmmmm

I think we all need to contact Supervisor Rapp from Carroll Twp who is the Board Supervisor and tell him(but he blind to the fact that Tri Community needs to Change) How can 3 people who work FULLTIME with BENEAFITS Run a Company and Washington 911 has to try to get a ambluance to a home becauce T.C.A has no S.O.P. and no one wants to cover the city or the Twp or the Boro

Hispy I totally agree with you and you are correct that Mr Rapp is blind to what is going on there. Take our new mayor for example. He made a campaign pledge to certain people that he was going to investigate what was going on down there and make changes. Well, here we are going into 2 years and people in this town are still suffering from a lack of a quality ambulance service and he was done NOTHING up to this point. I was sitting in Transfiguration church this past Sunday, and an eldery person suffered some type of emergency. We waited 20 minutes for an ambulance and it wasn't from TCA. It is tragic that the board can't see that there is gross mismanagement, get rid of these people and bring in folks that actually have a clue. I also agree with 3 people - Full time in the office for such a small service. Something doesn't smell right.

hispy: It wouldn't do any good to call him. These people haven't even had a board meeting for close to 2 years now. The best solution at this point is if you have to call 911, just request another service. We need to vote out these people in our communities and get people in there who will care about our safety.
