Outraged with boards decision

I was shocked to see that RSD Board of Directors hired a non-qualified Director of Safety and Security at $64,000 per year. The prior Director had all qualifications and earned $16,000 less. As a teacher at RSD, I have been there since 1995 and beginning the 2012-2013 school year, will make $48,000 per year. I guess that old saying is true "It isn't what you know it's WHO you know". Is the Board really considering the education of our students or their personal friends? I know I got my answer!

I know of another applicant who has worked for the district in the past and has many years in law enforcement who oversees the daily operations of a police Department! Yet this fine officer was overlooked as well as 2 other fine applicants! Somethings never change!

This school board are just like he past school boards LAME!

Rediculous. They also went on a witch hunt at the middle school to oust two people who have worked their asses off for our kids. And what are they doing? The same thing. Hiring one person at a higher cost than having the two there. People, get a grip, get the facts, and get these idiots out of office!

It's the Smithsville school district.

Okay the facts as you state them are:
*Some nameless hunters were looking for a coven at the middle school
*Two people without asses, are possibly without jobs?
*The hunters with no names, or possibly the assless ones are doing, we know not what.
*The same thing as who or what?
*One person cost more then two?
*People are not gripping enough but this post clears up everything.
AND there are idiots in office. DUH, at least the last one made some sense but I'm not sure what this next election has to do with Ringgold School Board

This school board was elected and the majority that elected them is still supporting them.

If any of the unhappy few are brave enough to run for school board and by some freak circumstance win a seat, I do hope they are prepared to play be their own rules… they could they handle constant unfounded accusations,, personal attacks, innuendoes, 30 second clips of meetings coupled with nasty remarks, with the same grace this board has shown. Wonder how any supporters they might have would handle being accused of stalking, personal attacks, being emotional, jealousy, non payment of taxes, etc. To constantly complain is easy, but to actually run, get elected, and live in the world they created, that would be something.

Get use to it, the teachers will make squat and then they will hire anybody that can pass the clearances.
