I understand there is a book that has pictures of the depots on the old Chicgo, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Line that went from East St. Louis, IL to Beardstown & Rock Island, IL. Would you know where I could find this book or check where it is on the internet? I checked with your library, but couldn't find their e-mail. As I recall this Line went to Monmouth too. I enjoy Railroad History, especially about this Line. In the 1940s I watched the trains on this Line go by my father's father's farm daily.

Would you know the Title of this book or where I might find it, either at a library or where it is on the internet? I looked on your library web site, but couldn't find their e-mail. Our local library can get it, if they know the Title. I enjoy Railroad History, especially about this Line.

If the Warren County Library doesn't have it, you might try to google CB and Q history on the internet. WCPlibrary.org puts you to their web site and they have an online catalogue.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Taurus

This is another day in which you should be monitoring the progress you've made so far with the festivities and deciding what has still to be done. You're operating very efficiently right now but you'll be even more effective if you can plan your time carefully, write lists of what you must buy or make, and be realistic about your capabilities. But don't expect to work miracles.
