I think you are generalizing a little. Kudos to Powell, but not all of his officers are good. Officer Harris is a belligerant fool with uniformitis. He is short and mad about it.

There is no Sgt. Harrison that works there. There is just Chief Joe Powell and I Officer Smith. That is the only two that work there and they are both grat officers for this town. They will not put up with peoples crap.
