It is wonderful that you are keeping such a wonderful resource for the that area of Montana
I remember my mother picking up dry-cleaning for the lovely Bair ladies. I use to live in the White Sulphur area.

I lived in Harlo 30 yrs ago and I worked fence on the Bair sisters ranch.Got to meet one of them, had tea and sandwiches at the back of the house and had a tour of the old house beautiful place.. Saw 3 original Charlie Russel paintings.
A story I'd like to tell about old man Bair....
He shows up at a ranchers gathering... A gentelman
walks up and says "I've got me 300 head herferds"
Mr. Bair looks over to him and says " Mr. I've
got that many dogs!!! A loud laughter breaks out
amoung the other ranchers....I think his first name was Charlie Bair..

Two years ago, my husband & I honeymooned in this fabulous region and stumbled upon the Bair Museum. It was a treat to find out local history and to discover this amazing home. I often check just to see what is going. This home is such a treasure and a part of history so few people even know of. I feel better knowing it will be around to intrigue many others. I have told everyone I know about this fascinating corner with its own unique place in the American Landscape. Keep it going!
