Wow! It looks to me that there was a good reason for him leaving that town. People suspected him of murder. I wonder why the judge didn't let that information be part of the defense. People were willing to testify. That is messed up. It sounds as if Jason has a craving for stabbing people. I wouldn't be suprised if more information comes out about other cases.

Life is so precious. This is so sad. People are turning into animals. Greed, corruption and selfishness is taking over the world. We need to get back to the basics of life. It's simple, it truly is. I'll give you the answer....you ready? here it is........ Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You. Love One Another As You Love Yourself.

So damn easy. Shit, this sucks.

I can't believe someone would have the courage to kill someone who was their friend. Bosley was such a nice kid with a big heart and will stay with us forever. No matter what anyone says Bosley does live on and is with us everyday. Jason should recieve life in jail for all the pain he caused people, not only the pain he caused Bosley but also the grief he caused all the people that truly loved Bosley. Bosley has taught me a valuable lesson in life. He has made the biggest impact that I will remember for a lifetime. He taught me "when life gets you down, put on a smile and laugh". Bosley truly cared about everyone around him. No one will ever take his place in this world and will never compare to how sweet and kind he was to everyone.
Bosley you are in our hearts forever.
You rock dem wingssss.
We love you!

Leave one town and settle in Adams County to continue his way of life. With the info posted by the media--One must ask--is this self made "King" , responsible for the many thefts of ,and, deaths of certain types of farm animals used in satanic animal rituals, cemetary vandalism , gathering of hundreds of witches, warlocks and more...throughout the Gettysburg Park and along the Mason-Dixon Line Farmlands ? What about the damages to the Sachs Bridge..where all these CREEPS gather near a certain Judges' home to meet along the Marsh Creek -hidden by a cornfield ? I'm sure the authorities in Franklin, Perry, York , Cumberland County, Pa , as well as Frederick, Carroll and Washington,Countty's, Md. are going to be quite interested in this guy. Let's see if he beats the court system again ? Self defense ? A grown man goes camping with a teenager--at an undisclosed location...hmmm..??

I sat next to Reuben in homeroom for 3 years in the early 90's. I remember the fist case very well. I always wondered how guilt Chad Franciscus really was. The story was very dicey even then. Now, when I read this I cant't help wondering how innocent Reuben was in the first murder.

I have always maintained that Chad is innocent and Rueben is the one who killed Michael. We were all just kids then, but not a single one of us who knew the both of them ever believed that Chad commited that horrible crime.
Now here we are again with another mother's child gone. I hope Rueben gets what he has deserved for years.

What plannet are you living on? People have been animals durring all of history. It is extremely sad when a death occurs, specially if it is a person who is known to others.

However, conflict and death has been around since humanity started. It is human nature. And sadly, humans evolve through it. Sorry to burst your bubble, there will never be peace.

Why do we hear about it more this day and age. Technology. We are more open as a society, and do not mind sharing. Technology makes it easier to share information, hence an event that happened 100's of years ago (a brutal murder) was not likely to be heard of back then. But, in this day in age, the same event is shared in quick fashion and to everyone.

You may have lived by him but you did not know him. I know both of them. Chad was not "weird", he was shy and quiet. He was actually a very nice person. Reuben was trouble then, obviously he is still trouble now. Those of us who knew both of them knew that Reuben was the one behind it all. With this new story, I am absolutely convinced of it. Believe me, they need to lock him up and throw away the key. He is a menace and a sociopath

Well said. Unfortunately another life has been taken and Chad has been wrongly imprisoned for the last 17 years. I hope Rueben now gets what he has deserved for so long.

I knew Andy and his family, and still, as of now, I am still in disbelief that he is gone. The man who killed him, Mr Jason R Armstrong, is a menace, and hopefully he will be stopped by the Law. If he is set free, I do believe another incident will occur, and it will pass through his hands. I'm still so shaken by Andy's death, Rest In Peace My Friend! Be safe everyone. Alex.

I went to school with him, and even in third grade we were saying, 'this kid is going to grow up to be a murderer'. I wish we had been wrong, but wasn't surprised that we weren't.
