Inform yourself. Three link are available to you on the internet to all the information on this case, controversial and disturbing facts that have been made public by both sides. The work of the state, investigators, police, until they find anything new that they are willing to release. I doubt they will tell us everything, at least until the case is heard. If this was your brother or your father. I bet you would want your fair day in court

In my opinion.... gasp
All i really see is allot of hate with no real regards to Mr. Wilson and his family. To whom i wish all the justice the court system can give.

Thank You, and God bless
Hate me if you must, but you will all be in my prayers, and remember God loves you.

I have ever right to post an opposing view on what I consider to be false comments posted on Topix just as you can post negative ones, within the rules of this board .My opinion is that people shouldn’t post total false comments only to try and gain what? The personal satisfaction of verbally attacking someone who has yet to get his fair day in court.

They should expect people to fire back at them for those comments and if they cant take the redirect then maybe they shouldn’t post? I'm not accusing you of doing that. My post was directed towards the person who posted the “insider” comments. BTW you are entitled to take whatever view you want. If you know everything you need to know. Then I’m glad for you.

I personally wouldn’t post about a topic if I didn’t have some grasp of the case, I sure wouldn’t base my comments on local gossip. Some things can’t be discussed on this board, I could rip allot of the negative post apart, but again this case is still ongoing.

Thank You, and God bless

I didn't mean to have you feel like I was trying to stop you from making comments against what you believe to be false. I'm totally for that. But you just stated that people are getting personal satisfaction verbally attacking someone. When I read your post that's what it seemed like to me that you were doing to poor insider. But hey, we are both right. We all deserve to be able to post our own opinions. And I understand that if people aren't ready to defend their opinions they shouldn't post them. So I agree with you somewhat. And when I said that I knew all I need to know about this case, I'm not basing what I know on the local gossip. I meant there's nothing I can do to make this case or break it. I personally knew Eric and The Wilson's. I don't know if he did it or not. Eric and God know that. I do know that both families are suffering greatly due to this situation. I see the families on a regular basis and this has ripped them apart. I do believe that he deserves his fair day in court. Everyone does. And I don't think that either one of us are in a position to find him guilty or not guilty.

Fact: Buzbee's attorney didn't bother showing up for his discovery motion.

Fact: Multiple witnesses interviewed by police and documented in the search warrant report stated the following:
-Kendrick Patrick and Timothy Gibson stated that Buzbee confessed the assault to Patrick

-Patrick stated that Buzbee told him "that old bastard wouldn't cash my check, but I took care of business."

-Patrick also stated that Buzbee told him prior to the assault that "he is going to make me rob him."

-Buzbee was in debt to Patrick.

-After the assault, Buzbee paid all debts and also purchased $500 worth of crack.

-Later, Buzbee returned to buy more crack, but was referred to and purchased $3000 in crack from "Black" of Mobile. It was also reported that he recklessly paid over $1300 too much for the drugs that had a true value of $1200.

-Another witness claims Eric told them he won the lottery

-Patrick stated that he saw at least $10,000 in cash in Buzbee's glove box.

-Cell phone records show tht Buzbee made numerous and steady alls all throughout the night and morning of the robbery. However, there was a 30 minute break at or around the approximate time of the assault.

Hey Poor Insider, do you need me to keep going? I am not a judge or the jury and am simply listing points from the search warrant report that is public record and describing events as indicated by the DA. I know that God loves me, but you need to remember that there are actually three witnesses that truly know what happend. God, Bobby Wilson and the assailant. Unfortunately, one of those can no longer tell their side of the story.

You might have missed this public record.
Fact: The States attorney didn't bother showing up for her last three court date.. Eric has asked the state and his attorney take this case to court as soon as possible. Even though he has requested his day in court come ASAP it could take up to a year due to the current court systems backlog of cases. I was present for the last court date and the states side did not show.
Fact: Kendrick Patrick and Timothy Gibson were found to be lying and Kendrick Patricks alibi for the night of the murder was found to be false. He said he was down town at a club at the exact time of the murder and guess what. All his buddies that were questioned said he was a liar.
Fact: Eric was questioned over five times and never changed his story. Kendrick Patrick lied time and time again. Then when he was backed into a corner he claimed that the police tried to beat him. The people that supposal witnessed seeing $10,000 in cash in Erics car said that they never saw it.WOW. Other witness said that the account of this event was a lie.
Fact: Police questioned the people who Patrick claimed that Eric made those statements to. They said that Patrick the proclaimed drug dealer was lying again. SO wow sounds like he may have something to hide. I’m no genius but I wouldn’t put much creditability into someone who sells drugs and is very open about slinging his garbage all over town. Who also had access to the gas station, knew very well the habits of the owner and what case was kept on hand.
Fact: Black was never found and there is no proof that anything Patrick said was true, or that Black is a real person. He could never produce and phone number, address or last name to the made up Mr.Black.. No phone called was made to a black on Erics phone. None of Patrick’s friends when questioned had heard of this person. In fact Kendrick was unable to substantiate any of his so called claims.
Fact: Another witness claims Eric told them he won the lottery. That witness also tried to collect a reward for that information and was later found to be false information.(I could blow that one out of the water).BUT again i will not release information that would hurt this case).
Fact: Further investigations into the cell phone records later showed that the original report was not accurate. The tower in question was actually the one located close to Buzbees home and not the original tower suspected. BTW that puts him were he claimed to be. No were near the crime. Again showing that Erics account of the night have never changed. Doesn’t take a genius to see most people who are telling the truth wont change there story to cover up lies as Patrick has done. Cell phones are a tricky business. They had to investigate all towers and phone records. The initial release of the cell records was inaccurate and premature.
Fact: The search warrant on Mr.Buzbees home was no valid as the address was incorrect.
Said metal boxes found inside Erics home were proven to be his property and still had the original keys in the key hole.
Fact: A gas attendant also validated his story and true account of the events of that night. Eric was getting Gas at his station during the time that the so called phone calls were made. Putting Eric where he said he was in every account he gave the police.
Fact:Patrick stated that he saw at least $10,000 in cash in Buzbee's glove box. Kendrick Patrick was interviewed about this and the police punched holes in his story. He could not tell the same lie twice, But Eric on the other hand who was questioned over 5 times NEVER changed his accounts of the events of the night.

Fact: Kendrick Patrick and Timothy Gibson are known drug dealers and don’t hide that fact. They brag about it. SO sure id believe everything a crack/meth head drug dealer says.
FACT: On the night of the crime Kendrick claimed to be at a club down town with five of his buddys at the exact time of the crime.(how did he know what time to cover his bum) Well the police quested all of his buddys and they all said they did not see him that night. In fact called him a liar.
Fact: When the police ask to many questions that Kendrick Patrick could not answer he then accused the police of beating him. Anything to stop the questions he couldn’t answer.
Fact: turned himself in and never changed his story. He did everything the police asked. He turned over all and anything the police asked for. He also admitted to having a drug problem when asked, believing that the truth was better then lying.
Fact: NO DNA was found in his home. The sheets off his bed, shoes and tons of other items were taken from his home. No weapon was found. Nothing at all to link him to this crime.
Go back and inform yourself a little more. I only pray that if this guy didn’t do the crime that the state wont screw this case, be made fools and let a some guilty man go free.
I also know both familys and i care a great deal that the reall killer is found. I will find the link to this DOC it shows more details of what i posted above.I know both familys and pray for for them.

Thank You, and God bless

Got to be a Buzbee. No wrong, point the finger at someone else. I wouldn't worry about Patrick, Black or any of Eric's other drug friends. Again did they check the house that Eric stayed in that night (his parents) If you don't stay at home, it want be no blood. Eric family was told that a warrent was out for his arrest, which officer, let that out of the bag? The officer pick Eric up on Jenkins Pit Road, per TV. Just tell the truth and stop trying to cover it up, with crack. Eric might not have done it, but don't try to make it sound sweeter than it is.

What's Eric lawyer getting paid for? I think if I had all that money ( that's claim ) I would be finding me a lawyer that would work in my favor not the State.

Get real. This case is proly costing that family more than 10 grand. Have you ever been to court? Try about 100 grand and up for a case like this. I belive Erics lawyer should and is being paid just like yours would be if you were being charged. Unless i just woke up in another county he has the right to defend himself. Get real people. The state makes mistakes and if you do just a tiny bit of reading you might see that i'm more pissed that the STATE has screwed up this case. A guilty person could go free due to the fact that the state just wants someone to pay.

Ask yourself this. DID THEY CHECK THE TRUCK HE WAS DRIVING???? No they couldnt even get the correct addy for his home and plz dont tell me some crap about 911 addys being wrong. They have been set for that area for years and they find people well enough to turn on power and get money for water bills, tags. They messed up big time.

Eric turned himself in. He did everything that the police asked him to do. They took the shoes off his feet and tons of items from his home. Blood is very hard to wash away. If any Blood was at his parents home they could go now and do test for it.

I'm laughing cuz your very wrong about who i'm. I hope the truth comes out whatever it is.

God Bless Bobby.

sooooo, are you possibly insinuating that Patrick is the killer? I think anyone who had their hands on ANY of the money that was taken is just as much a participant as the actual killer. This would include Patrick's girlfriend. They need to keep looking at her too. Don;t they have a child together? hmmm
just a theory folks, dont have any idea, just going off of what you all are saying.

It seems to me that we all are hearing what we want to hear. If we think Eric did it, we hear everything that's pointing to him. If we don't think he did it, we see everything pointing the other direction. If any of us have anything to help this case go one way or the other we should come forward with it. Otherwise we should quit arguing.
