Oh well what's a little spanky. Someone should of given them one along time back. Who knows what to belive in this situation. I think the judge probably got a pass on this episode, but im sure if he has this behavior that it will reappear again.

How was he not disbarred? They dropped the ethics charges in exchange for his resignation. Sounds shaky.
