Has anyone had trouble with Bank of America. They charged me this HUGE fee that I knew nothing about (it had something to do with checks and savings account, but I dont even use checks). I finally got them to remove it, but after that I don't think I trust them too much. I also saw something on KOMU earlier this week about the Moberly BofA. What's a good bank here in Moberly that I can switch to?

I used to have BOA but switched to State Farm Bank so I could deposit checks through my phone. Plus BOA is open really bad hours (never when I'm in town after work) and no weekends.

Depends on your lifestyle. If you travel a lot I would suggest US Bank many of my military buddies bank there. They have AMTs damn near everywhere. I've been with City Bank down town here for 22 years. They've always been good to me.

Banks in Moberly? I'd stay away from all of them. B of A cannot be trusted for obvious reasons, just google their recent history and you'll see what I mean. Talk about a corporate machine. City Bank SEEMS like it would be good, since it's linked to the Boone Bank system and all that, but some of those chicks who work in there are just plain rude. Every time I went in there, a couple of them just acted like they were having a bad day, all the time. I bank at Boone Bank and just do everything online. Credit Union is probably okay if you're just dying to stay local. Far as I'm concerned, "local" is just a mouse click away.
