Swaggar United States	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 May 16, 2012 Yes thats her,she causes problems wherever she goes because she doesnt know how to deal with the outside world because she stays institionalized so much!She didnt pay her bills in kc no hot water,no food,no cable and didnt pay her rent or car note or insurance.She hasnt filed income taxes in 3-4 years and she was riding around with expired tags which were due 2 years ago.
