The need for proof is essential because many organisations fail to recognise bullying, even when it is causing serious disruption within their workforce. A bully likes to get away with the treatment that they give to their victim. The need to do this grows as time goes on. They like to give it to their victim stand back and watch how they deal with it. Once the bully sees that the victim has reacted the way they were waiting for then they feel more powerful. A manager A supervisor or anyone else in these roles especially that do this to people should never be put in these roles. Bullies can achieve greater power from the selective associations they make. The study of organisations reveals that they create many unofficial roles for colleagues, including henchmen, spies, lackeys, sycophants or court jester. When a company is caught out protecting a bully. Then they are just allowing it to continue on. Brodies Law I hope will stop this in the future. The people involved with her situation are the lowest people on the planet. And once again management knew about it. These people are responsible for her death. What happens to a bully when you take away his or her power maybe they feel at a lost what to do. But take it away from them when caught out a company must. A victim needs to be protected when this happens and not give any company the time to make up lies and false alegations.

and when will they protect people from the dangers posed by cheap toilet paper ? Some of this stuff is so bad it could scratch your butt. We need a federal agency to stop this abuse of the workers, We should have a snuggly soft experience each time we go. this would be a good time for Obamapaper to help wipe out hate.

I have been reading about Bunnings Bullying in the workplace. This is a classic example of bullying at work. When the company was caught out they went into damage control and put a false alegation onto the victim. Management protect, harbour the bully and blame the victim.

This is a very interesting topic I have seen this happen to a friend of mine some years ago. But the company where he worked had a discussion and the bully and the victim shook hands and got on with it. Perhaps the biggest reward bunnings could give the bully is a fresh can of play dough. From what I have read this is how bunnings builds team spirit and respect for eachother.

Without concrete evidence it is hard to prove. I have read about this situation the victim tapped those evolved. For Management to take the step of putting a false alegation onto the worker only proves how wrong the company was to allow this type of behaviour to continue on for so long. It is crucial to keep a detailed diary and log everything that has been said or done to you during the time you feel you have been bullied. Bullies are usually jealous of their victim and they hate to see others give the victim credit. The victim in this case tapped the management involved. I also think this is a good idea. It is the only way to protect yourself when this happens. I would have to wonder after the Managers involved with this situation got caught out, if Bunnings continued to keep them in these positions. Perhaps Bunnings instructed its Managers to go down this path as " SOMEONE HAS TO BE ACCUSED OTHERWISE THE GUILTY WILL BE FOUND OUT" Not a good Image for Bunnings to go this way very dishonest.

Myself and a few of my workmates have read about BUNNINGS BULLYING AT WORK. Very dishonest management team at the henderson branch! Anyone know who these Managers are? A bit of a worry that these sorts are running the show!

The Timber Manager The Hardware Manager The Store Manager and the Regional Manager were all involved with trying to insite the worker. But the worker taped and Bunnings got caught out I have read about this in great depth. Very Dishonest Managers!!! Tapes should be played on 60 minutes or something what a dishonest company!!!

This situation with Bunnings is classed as "Constructive Dismissal" Also "Mobbing In The Workplace" It was a good idea for the victim to tape what was going on. This situation is a good example of How These Companys deal with Bullying in the workplace.
