Review: Glacial Holdings Property Mgmt

If you are considering apartments in Minot, ND, DO NOT rent from Glacial Holdings. As a college student renting on the north side of town, I was horrified with the upkeep of the property. When a front building window was smashed out by a drunk, Glacial Holdings did not fix it for over a month! Glass was scattered by my apartment door until I was forced to pick up the pieces myself. After moving out, I did not receive my security deposit for 45 days!(They were supposed to mail it after 30). I had to drive through the snow to ensure I had my money because I could not trust them to mail it. They NEVER return voice messages either!

I to lived in that apartment. but this was not glacials fault. it took the glass company that long to order in a new double paned glass for it. which was already replaced once before to upgrade the old one. as for the cleaning. there is a tenant that did the cleaning in the complex and it was her responsability to clean the common areas for reduced rent. maybe not doing her job very well. as for the people i never had a problem with them. very fast to get a repair done. when called were there the same day or next. they are very good landlords and care about their people. go anywhere else and see what you get. youll be very amased at what you will find. more rent less concern for the tenant. all i have to say. great people great company great apartment.

yea i agree glacial holdings sucks. and they nevvvveeeerrr answer there phone or return messages. and they took forever to get my depsit back when i moved out in fact i had to drive to there offic and pick it up myself. and now i need to pick up a fedex package and they moved there office and i cant find the adress any where. they piss me off

It really doesn't matter what the opinion is worth. The purpose is to give a heads up to future renters to look elsewhere. Glacial Holdings in NOT a professional business. They are not worth renting from!

We used to call it Racial Holdings... You can figure that one out. I wouldn't store a cockroach farm in that sewer...
