As much as I would like to see her sit in jail, the fiscal side of me says deport her now!

I wonder whether the Judge has already got a settlement figure in mind. It would appear this is the way things are done. Divorce, and civil courts work the opposite way, they ask for delays to max the costs, criminal courts work on plea bargains. America the best Justice money can buy.

CG Mom Minneapolis, MN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #11 May 30, 2008 Judged: 1 Alek the Smart - If she wasn't driving and her "boyfriend" put her in the drivers' seat to take the blame, why did it take Extrication equipment to get her out? She was jammed under the steering wheel. The police have stated witnesses saw someone running away from the van, not necessarily the driver. May have even been someone running back to their own vehicle. It was a mess out there that day with a lot of people running around.
