Admire my control. Yeah, right. You just can't see the bullet holed in my computer screen.

Just got done reading an article on how scary Rick Santorum's Jesus loving followers are because all of the frightening things they do such as read the bible. Funny. No where in the article did it mention how scary those dreaming of a socialist Utopia are...

We can only hope those aren't our only two choices anymore...

<quoted text>Why do you need the nanny state to come in and clean up the mess that the people in these states created themselves? What a bunch of big government babies. man up and take care of the problem themselves the way they created it, stop hiring so many illegal aliens. Sheesh!
How did you come to this conculusion based on what he wrote? Why do you always try the "gotcha, you must want big government" responce when people want our government to actually do what they are supposed to do?

Speaking of Obama.. It'll be interesting to see if Gallup's numbers hold up when they're reported by the BLS.

Unemployment in the U.S. rose to nine percent in mid-February, up from 8.3 percent a month earlier, according to a new Gallup survey. The polling company said this suggests that it is “premature” to assume the economy will not feature prominently in the 2012 election season.

Gallup figures typically provide an indication of what the government will report at the end of the month.

“The U.S. unemployment rate, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment, is 9.0% in mid-February,” Gallup said in its mid-month unemployment survey, released on February 17.“The mid-month reading normally reflects what the U.S. government reports for the entire month, and is up from 8.3% in mid-January.”

i have posted my feelings on this issue many times. it is not our government that has created our illegal immigrant problem, it is the citizens that keep hiring those illegal aliens.

i think people that now crying for the gov't to clean up the mess they created would fall under the nanny state kind of thinking. The citizens in the US that hire illegal aliens are the ones that can solve this problem.

You just know she is Ton-of-Fun!

Mosy people like her can compensate with a very pleasant demeanor, and and personality.....But the Scourge is that rare defect that has no redeeming value.

You are saying that free healthcare, education, and other government benefits does not entice illegals? What about the fed stopping states from enforcing those laws? What about the feds who look the other way? What about illegal’s who use false IDs?

Even if companies are knowingly hiring illegal immigrants, it would be the governments job to police that as well.

The "nanny state" needs to heavily fine these "citizens that keep hiring those illegal aliens."

that is, and has been against the law. Apparantly, alot of US citizens don't feel the need to follow legal hiring laws.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Scorpio

Today's Lunar Eclipse at the Full Moon stirs up powerful emotions during the next two weeks (as it has done since the Gemini Solar Eclipse last month), and it may not be a very pleasant experience. Are you feeling rather compulsive and obsessive? Financial issues could be a problem,, especially if they appear to threaten your sense of emotional security. Don't let jealousy or envy make you do things that will set other people against you.
