We all know he cannot be reformed when if he did have treatment only increases the rate of recidivism. For the sake of the people NEVER LET HIM OUT.

There is no possibility that John Rydberg will not reoffend if he is released from a secure state facility to a half way house. Rydberg says he still has violent fantasies but he and his attorney Brian Southwell say that he has learned to manage his violent impulses and is a "low risk" to commit more depraved crimes. Does this mean that Southwell will be entrusting his grandchildren to Rydberg's babysitting care?

John Rydberg admits to violently assaulting more than 90 innocent victims since he was 12 years old. Does he have to assault a dozen more before the "experts" and defense lawyers are convinced that he must remain locked away from society for the rest of his life?

Another good example of the MN. Nice, Catch and Release "Justice" system. I work in the system and had Rodreqas (drew Sjodins killer) on my unit for over 3 yrs. They were told by staff that worked with him daily not to release him. We don't know anything. The same thing WILL happen if this POS is let out. People get excited about level 3 offenders getting out, these guys make them look like choir boys!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you, he should have been put to death years ago, and now changing the subject, I noticed you are from Wisconsin and over the last few weeks, Wisconsin democrats have been called stupid over and over so many times that maybe you inherited some kind of phobia whereas now you are unable to spell the word "stupid". They should. The baby did nothing wrong so why murder the baby? Let the mother give it up once the child is born. I know, your next argument will be that the child is damaged and will grow up and be a sexual predator. Well that kind of goes against the nurture vs. nature argument that most Libs adhere to. Can't argue that a child born to a rapist will be that way because of his parents (nature argument), and then argue for social programs to force parents to raise their children a specific way (nurture argument).

There should not be a sex offender program; especially if nobody has ever "graduated" from it anyway. There are typically not speciall rehab prisons/programs for other crimes. Throw them in the general population. Inmate justice may typically take care of these people anyway. Animals.

He raped a husband and wife during one of his crimes. While in prison for that crime he escaped and raped a woman in front of her children. One solution for this loser, lock and load!!

Their are a very small group of people who will benefit from his release, eveyone of them has some ego-driven impluse riding on the decision. Everyone else is left with waiting for the inevitable.

The liberal judge will let him out to be FAIR. Can we get rid of these liberal judges who don't have a clue what they're doing?
