The hit-and-run killing by the wealthy Mrs. Senser was ruled an accident. Of course the killing was not done on purpose but why did she not see a car on the side of the road and move over as you would for a bicycle? And how could you have blood on the hood of your car but not know you had hit someone? Now we'll never know and neither will the family of the victim.

Translation: Well yeah, I know it was an accident, but I just feel like I have to add more guilt here, since she was wealthy, and I am jealous of rich people.

Koua Fong Lee didn't kill anyone on purpose and he got eight years. Even the family of the victims thought it was an outrageous sentence.

The Tribune story did not say anything about Amy Senser 'walking'. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner simply ruled it an accidental death. I always assumed it was an accident, why would she have done it on purpose? The story did not say anything qbout her leaving the scene of an accident. Amy Senser has not gotten away with anything, yet.

Even if she was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law she would only get probation. She should have just come clean but she seems to have the morals of a weasel.

First of all, she is "not walking!" The coroner's report was as expected. It was an accidental death. The story CLEARLY STATES that will have no affect on the Patrol's investigation. If anyone who posted had read the story, there was an interesting comment that his body was found 40 feet from his car and they are trying to determine if the force of the impact threw him that far or was he carried on the hood until he fell off. That little fact tells me she absolutely knew she had struck someone plus the fact they are stonewalling the patrol using 5th Amendment protection tells me this story is far from over. When people attempt to hid the truth, the truth eventually does and will come out.

It is at times like this that one realizes how precious, freedom is. Having the monies to procure a team of lawyers to coach you through an event like this so as to keep your freedom, is paramount. Let us speak for the victim who now lies cold in a grave, unable to give their side of the story.

Did they decide that it was her driving and not one of their 4 girls?

As far as whom was driving, this is a quote from the Senser's attorney.... "Now that various legal matters have been clarified regarding a potential criminal case and civil lawsuit, it is now appropriate to disclose that the driver in this incident was Ms. Amy Senser," the statement from Halberg Defense says. That clearly answers who was behind the wheel.

She doubled back to survey the damage - after Mom eventually showed up to pick up her kid. Amy was drunk (IMHO), daughter checked out her horror story and the wheels begin to spin. If Amy gets off, it's another example of the influential accepting their own brand of 'justice'.

BTW, wrong incredibly hysterical tack from the defense team to declare deceased was under the influence - assuming Amy wasn't presumably...

Are you trying to say it was a Senser daughter that hit and killed that man and her mother is taking the fall?
