Lemaire, I think the fans could give you quite a few reasons why.

I am going to miss that guy. Great coach, I was thought the Wild missing the playoffs had little to do with him. It was the lack of an effort to retain and sign talented players. Hopefully the next guy to go in Minnesota is Chilly. I am sorry I had to add that.

I was shocked to see how many Wild fans had the blinders on about Jacques. Was he good to start a franchise and for the first few years. Yes. But long term and when the rules changes took place he was the wrong coach for the job. DR and JL go hand in hand, DR supplied players for JL's system and if they did not fit they were tossed aside. Free agents did not sign with the Wild because DR has a bad rep in the league along with JL, players who score points would not sign here to skate backwards. This change needed to be made after the lockout, now hopefully we will get to watch some enjoyable hockey and know that when are team is up 2-1 in the third they will not spend the whole period dumping the puck at the offensive blue line and retreating into their own zone.

Finally good news and also for JL and his boring defensive style of hockey. Hockey has passed him by, but he was one hell of a played.

Good riddance to Lemaire and Risebrough...they held the Wild down too long. I applaud Leipold for canning Risebrough.

Finally...Good riddance to JL and DR and hats off to CL!!! I am fine with rebuilding a team that will actually finish their checks, shoot the puck and crash the net(watch the good teams in the playoffs, it's what they ALL do!!), and starting over and getting rid of these soft, pass happy, defensive style hockey that has been sooo boring to watch....Again, THANK YOU MR. LEOPOLD!!

I'm sure they will miss your empty seat at the game. Maybe it can be sold to a real fan.

Money can buy a lot of things, but not brains! This is the beginning all right--- beginning of the end.
