If we were to legalize all drugs, we could produce them here, regulate them, tax them...this would help the economy and reduce crime.

Colorado has also had a huge boost in the marijuana industry. It's just a matter of time until medical marijuana is legal everywhere. It has become too big in CA and CO for the feds to really do anything about it. I agree about paying for rehab rather than prison.
