Too Well connected to fail...Mitt could have grown up a drunken crack head and still be rich his dad a big Republican and CEO of American motors all he had to do was be Mitt and he was set for life. That is the secret to the new American political corporate machine. Daddy's favors set junior up and so forth, case in point George W Bush his daddy and grand daddy were rich political corporate operators and junior was a drunk and coke head but became president. Daddy's friends can buy anything today. THEY BOUGHT OUR AMERICA.....

In days of yore, the rich owned a company and profitted off the hard work of all his\her employees. The owner got richer, but his 500 workers made a decent living and benefits and some pensions. In modern days, the rich like Romney are sucking in their investments, but I don't see the 500 workers getting a piece of the pie. His Bain days may have provided jobs via investments, where he was richly rewarded with stock options, but where are those 500 workers who thank Romney for giving them a good job and providing them a comfortable living wage? Romney, like payday lenders, see a way to exploit the downtrodden and take advantage them at every turn. Like the lyrics from the old song "St. Peter don't you call me, cause I can't go; I owe my soul to the company store..."

When the last Republican president lied, we ended up in a protracted unnecessary war and an economic crash. Now the Republicans want a rerun. I am very much opposed to reruns because I already know the ending.

Did Wrongney do the moment of silence....
Romney backs moment of silence for Munich 11in 2012 (but what about 2002?)
By Ami Eden · July 24, 2012
Last week the Obama administration announced its support for a moment of silence at the London Olympics to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the massacre of 11 Israeli Olympians at the 1972 Olympics.
This week the Romney campaign followed suit.
At first glance, this would seem to be an easy political score for both candidates. But unfortunately for Romney, there was that stint running the Salt Lake City Olympics in 2002. And at least one Obama supporter is slamming the GOP candidate for not taking a stand on the issue back then:
Deborah Lipstadt, a prominent Holocaust historian, faulted Romney for not expressing support for such a moment in 2002, when his position directing the Winter Olympics would have weighed heavily with the International Olympic Committee.
"Mitt Romney's failure to do that was failure of character," Lipstadt told Reuters. The historian told the news agency that she supports Obama but is not connected to his campaign.
[Romney campaign spokeswoman Andrea] Saul did not answer JTA's query about Romney's position on the moment of silence during the 2002 Olympics.
