Actually URS was contracted to inspect the highway 35W bridge. The company that designed it was Sverdrup and Parcel.

URS did consult in the design of the Midtwon greenway bridge.

you could go ask them there is a ton of their trucks there when I went by the bridge today.

Yeah, because it is their purview to shut down the freeway underneath it.

If i were the city of Minneapolis who owns, inspects and is responsible for the bridge, i might ask for the help of some of MNDOT's engineers, but the bridge is not MNDOT's nor do they inspect or repair it.

The bridge was designed, approved, fabricated, installed, inspected, and accepted by Dependents with Government Jobs that are sustained by the Tax Paying Productive Citizens in the state of Minnesota.

All the rest of your crap is crap. As a "closed state" requiring Union Labor, only the Unionista could bid on, build on this project.

No matter who's website the defective bridge is shown on it was a problem that is 100 years old.....Union Labor is the only player in ANY Infrastructure in the Peoples Republic of Minnesota....and Unionista's from the State Acencies are the only ones that can approve the work.....BOTH FAILED....
