Poor economic conditions are forceing the use of hey-zeus for jobs normally done by "First Class" Americans. As these "First Class" Americans continue to loose money more and more fail causing a continued economic slide.
The US economy is in a uncontrolled tail spin, Obama WILL NOT fix. Obama is in damage control with his regime publishing false positive data and buying votes with a new round of promises he won't keep just like his 2008 set.
