This guy went back outside to shoot the dog. Why else whould you go out before animal control arrived. I can understand his actions if the trooper had not safely put his own dog inside his home, or if he had children with him. Because the trooper was safe inside him home without any threat of danger and then went out side and shot the dog I beleive it was planned, he wanted that dog dead and he should be punished for his actions. The trooper should have let animal control handle it.
