just some information to all;
the class action lawsuit filed against children and youth , the city police, the county courts, et al, by my friend the colonel and others, was modified.

under 42 USC ss 1983 -
civil action for deprivation of rights

"every person who, under color of state, statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any state or territory or DC. subjects or causes to be subjected , any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law."

A federal class action is being prepared for this agency by yet another person, and will include any one from schuylkill county and have severe effects there.

it is very important that you keep records,
write stuff down, names, places, times, caseworkers, agents, etc. everything.
everything that was said and done.
all court hearings;
take pictures;
gather evidence;

when communicating to anyone, do so through the mail. send everything certified with return reciept. so you have a record and paper trail.
no one can refute they got the information.

when possible record anything and everything with audio video.
make sure to tell anyone that you are recording.

make copies of everything.

get copies of any and all court records, the schuylkill county courts have a record past of changing documents, falsifying documents, and adding or deleting testimony.

it is most important that everyone knows;
YOU CAN NOT fight alone, in numbers you will win.

send letters to and call, state police, politicians, and state and federal agencies.
demand they get involved, or the ywill answer to the 1983 laws.

when enough people call and write, they will act!
