No stall, it is very much in the works. On any murder trial things tend to be slow. This is a DAs office quote. |

My family & I had a long talk with the DAs office yesterday.
The trial process is very much in the works. There is no plea bargaining for Will copeland going on at all. This will be a long trial for the DAs office compared to other trials. Will Copeland will be on trial for first degree murder. The date of the trial has not been set but will happen some time this fall. |

Any news on the trial ? It will be a year soon, just a slow proces I guess. Good Luck !!
