So what. 75% of the population is Black. Ringgold is the arm pit of the state. Oh do that hurt your feelings? SO WHAT! Deal with it! Of the 75% only about 15% work the rest get a check and live in Sec 8. Then they spend they check on dope and sit around all day high. What the hell do you expect them to do?
