Ok I read through just about all the links and Ive came across nothing that said they discounted the concrete slab, it did say in 1 of the articles that "They did not say the house was clear" its in the article link titled "Judge Sets $500K Bond For Casey Anthony"

it says "There is more mystery surrounding the backyard of the house owned by Caylee's grandparents. Deputies already dug up part of the yard after a dog sniffed the distinct smell of a dead body. Couldn't confirm doesn't mean it has been discounted. All the sites are saying the same thing, that they could not confirm, no where could I find that it has been dicounted.

Topix crashed for two hours after I went to get the link. Look at the gaps on all the other threads. I had no problems logging in to any other sites except Topix. Maybe they were doing maintenance or something. The link I posted right above your nice offer to give me eight more hours specifically says "discounted" Did you watch the video? I resent your condescending attitude when I am trying to help you. I stayed up the two hours the system was down waiting for it to come back online so I could keep my word to a ...stanger. Ive been in Topix on and off all day, have had no problems. Are you on dial up? I don't think im being condescending at all.

I have given you my opinion as well as the facts that are pretty much presented all over the internet about this poor little girl.

The grandma threatened to charge casey with grand theft auto, during that she made a threat about playing games in reference to casey's daughter.

Ok I will divide this up in a different way 1st:

Facts:

1. A foul decomposed human smell from both the car and the yard around the house were found.

2.Casey did not report her own daughter whom she says she loves cough* cough* missing for almost an entire month.

3.Grandma calls 911 reports foul odor that smells like a dead person.(it's in the 911 transcripts)

4.A Cadaver dog was brought in and it detected the smell of dead person, however a special cadaver dog is needed for the area where the concrete was poured.

2nd:

Could be fact or still being looked in to

1. Neighbor reports daughter borrowed shovel.

2. Neighbor reports new concrete being poured in back of house.

3. Grandma now says it wasn't a dead body smell but was old pizza or garbage left in there for 14 15 16 17 18 19 days <---lol

Now I would like to know why if it has been disproven would the neighbor make up any of the above about the shovel and concrete. Keep in mind these events were witnessed not to long before she reported her daughter missing.

So thats why I see the story like this:

Granny has issues with Casey, threatens to play whatever she means by games with her. Casey kills her daughter, borrows the shovel, digs a hole up in granny's backyard, new concrete is poured, casey takes off for several weeks, comes back reports her daughter missing after 4 weeks.

Maybe she is trying to frame grandma by burying her in her backyard.

Even if you don't agree with anything I have said at least give what I ask you below some thought:

On the Nancy Grace show last night, Nancy felt that because the Grandma said (while on hold and supposedly did not know she was on hold) that she has given her(Cassie) a month to find her, blah blah blah...

My question is this... What Grandmother that you know would wait a MONTH to find a kid. if my kid was lost my mother wouldn't wait an hour!!!!!

I think that the phone call was staged.

Lets face it, Maybe Casey is NUTS for waiting a month but how can the Grandmother be also?

There is no way... The grandmother is covering for her daughter and protecting herself from culpability.

Topix was definitely down for around two hours early (between 2 am and 4 am)this morning, it crashed as I was looking for this link.

IMO either Caylee became a bother and her mom did something to her, not sure if gramma knows or not, but i would have to believe she knows more than she is saying OR maybe the mom was out of it and doesnt remember what she did with Caylee?!?!

Why is the grandmother so worried now when she had not seen the baby for 6 weeks?

Mother and daughter NEED to be put down

I believe the problem with the concrete slab is there is NO new info after the news articles saying the family will not say one way or the other. Maybe there will be new news after the weekend.

I just read that Casey is being held on 500,000 bond for neglect and tellin lies. Is this a BIG about for that or do they know something else?

I am a mother of a 2 year old girl and there is no way that I would be "silent" as they searched for my child. My own wellfare would only be an after thought.

I am hear to tell you no great or even good Mom would leave her child with someone other than her Mother or Sister. I can't stand to be away from my children for a few hours. My husband and children always go with me on my business trips. I know that if she really thought her daughter was alive she would be contributing more. I saw the Grandmother on Larry King last night and while I don't think she mentioned she had stretced the truth and that didn't make her guilty of homicide and her aughters lies didn't make her guilty of homicide. Larry then said we don't even know that there is a homicide and the Gradmother relied thankyou.
She too knows more than she did during that 911 call. I believe that her daughter shared information about Caylee probably an accident or something and now the Grandmother is covering for her daughter. Since she has already lost her granddaugther. That is my Gut instinct. She may have left Caylee in a hot car while she went to party and she died from the heat or maybe she was doing drugs or something and accidently hurt her. While this is speculation

This whole case makes me feel sick.

I'm sick and tired of Grandmom using the terms "half truths" and "partial truths" when talking about the information Casey has been providing about her missing child. A half truth? The other part is what then? A half lie? A white lie?

Optimism is one thing, but this isn't a glass-is-half-emtpy or glass-is-half-full situation. If Casey isn't telling complete truths about what's going on with her little girl, let's just call it what it is, ok? She lied and continues to lie.

The only thing I'm grateful for in this situation is that Casey only had one child. Thank goodness for small blessings.

Maybe because the investigators are worried about breaking their lie detector equipment because it's would go off the charts if the family was tested?

Besides, you don't need a lie detector test for the mother. She's already been proven to be a habitual liar, both before her daughter "disappeared" and afterward.
