Fairwinds stole $780 from me in 2001. I deposited $800 in an ATM, they said I deposited $20. When I contacted them, they were indignant and claimed they never had a problem with the employees who counted the money before.
Several years later, they put a charge back on my credit for $300. I contacted them, got the runaround, then just paid the money. It was more of a hassle than it would've been to leave it on my credit.
All in all, they don't stand up for their accountholders and show they are aloof.

Ruebens and Marcello is a gas station (either 436 or 50?). It was probably a ligitimate gasoline charge.

Don't ever do financial transactions at a ATM without getting a receipt. A receipt showing a deposit is a slam dunk, end of story.

Why would anyone put cash into an ATM? You're just asking for trouble. If the deposit is checks you have an alternative way of proving your deposit amount.

Never do any type of transaction without leaving with a receipt. But even so ATM fraud is very common and just because you enter $1000 doesn't mean you deposited $1000.
